RENTAL RATES

DAILY RENTALS

Our daily rentals are based on a 24-hour cycle with a maximum usage of 8 hours as per the hour meter.

WEEKEND RENTALS

Rentals from Friday post 3:00 p.m. to Monday pre 9:00 a.m. will be billed for 2 days, with a maximum usage of 16 hours on the hour meter. Rentals from Saturday 8:00 a.m. to Monday 9:00 a.m. will be charged for 1.5 days with a 12-hour usage allowance. Rentals post 2:00 p.m. on Saturday to Monday 9:00 a.m. will be billed for 1 day with an 8-hour usage cap.

WEEKLY RENTALS

The charge for weekly rentals is three times the daily rate, unless otherwise stated. This permits a maximum usage of 40 hours within a seven-day period.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Monthly rentals are charged at three times the weekly rate for a four-week period, unless otherwise mentioned. This includes a maximum usage of 160 hours within the four-week period.

OVERTIME

Overtime charges are calculated at 1/6th of the daily rate per hour up to 5 hours. Any usage beyond 5 hours will incur an additional day’s charge.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Please note that checks are not accepted for deposits.

Customers holding an open credit account with us are not required to provide a deposit. For information on our credit application process, please click here.

EQUIPMENT FUEL

All equipment is rented with a full fuel tank. The customer is responsible for refueling prior to return or will be charged a refueling fee.

CLEANING CHARGE

Customers are expected to clean the equipment before returning, or they will be charged a cleaning fee based on our current shop labor rates.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP

Our delivery and pickup rates are determined based on the job location and the type of equipment rented.

DEPOSITS

Deposit amounts vary based on the item and rental period.

IDENTIFICATION

Customers are required to present a valid driver’s license, military ID, auto registration, or valid state ID for rentals.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for payments.

RESERVATIONS

We accept and guarantee reservations with a credit card hold.

FUEL

You are responsible for all fuel used, also for using the proper fuel.

DELIVERY

We do provide a delivery and pickup service. Call us for rates and availability.
